AGM and Core Management Positions

As per the Club's Constitution the AGM is held on the second Wednesday of July every year. This year the date is 12th July 2006. It is expected the AGM will take place at The TWFC Club House at the Culverden Stadium, Tunbridge Wells (TBC). All members are welcome to attend.
At the AGM there will be a vote to elect the "Executive Officers" of the Club in the following positions:
Chairman
Vice Chairman
Treasurer
Child Protection Officer
Club Secreatry
As the Constitution states "Election of the Executive Officers to the management Committee shall be held in rotation at the AGM. Nominations plus a seconder for each Executive Officer post must be sent in writing to the Club Secretary at least 7 days prior to the date of the AGM. Only memebers who are entitled to vote may nominate or second candidates in any election."
If you wish to stand for any of the above positions please notify the Secretary with details of the seconder within the tiomescales stated.
