Foresters can’t stop scoring!
In a weekend of Junior Soccer double headers Foresters played 10 times, winning 7, losing 2 and drawing 1. A fantastic tally of goals scored stands at 46 with only 15 conceded. Well done to all the teams, excellent performances all round.
I managed to spend some time at Bayham on Saturday morning watching the Under 7’s and Under 8’s play against Rusthall/Tonbridge and Ridgeway respectively. League rules do not allow us to publish the results but I am pleased to report that the boys and girls really did play some excellent football and obviously listen to their coaches and apply what they have learnt in training in a match situation. The future looks bright!

Quotes of the week are from Sue Churcher (Under 14 Crowborough team Captains Mum) “There’s no such thing as a good goal”.....this was soon followed by “Come on Wadhurst, we need another goal”. Sometimes the entertainment on the sidelines is better than watching the game!!!
