Off to a flyer....
Under 8 Green Tandridge league
Our first game was away to Orpington Rovers, all the players were well up for the game and raring to go.
Kick off was 11 o clock and from the beginning we were on top of play, we played so well as a team with good passing, good shooting and good
communication.

The first half finished 2 - 1 to us, at half time we had a great chat with the players and the main point was to make their goalie work more and that meant shooting quicker!
The second half was all in the Orpington half and again they all played so well as a team, the Orpington goalie was very good and made some great saves and their defence was also strong. We kept going and and by making that decision of shooting a bit quicker the second half finished 5 - 1 to Foresters.
So well done to all the players for doing a great job.
I would also like to thank the parents for giving their time and thank you to Orpinton Rovers for making us feel so welcome.
