Local Foresters Coach, Dave Card, has taken on a challenge by becoming a Heart Runner in the London Marathon to help raise vital funds for the British Heart Foundation.
Dave will be donning his official BHF Heart runners vest and running the 26 miles course on Sunday 26th April 2009.
He is hoping to raise as much money as possible to help the charity in its fight against heart disease - the UK`s biggest killer.
Why not save your energy, don't bother running with him but donate as much as you can to help Dave's excellent cause.
