The second league win of the season for our Tandridge team and one that lifts us up the table above Sunday’s opponents.
Foresters got off to a flying start with Lewis Salter heading in a corner – our first headed goal of the season and one that won him a signed (Alex Ferguson) pair of goalie gloves.
Four minutes later and a superb lob by Tom Baitup made it 2-0.
Coulsdon came back with a goal later in the first half and both sides missed a penalty in a game where chances were created at both ends.
The second half was a tense affair for the crowd - the support of our Crowborough league team who stayed on after their match was a boost for the side – and an improved performance from our defence saw us hold on for a well deserved win.
