If you are aged 14-24 and already volunteer or would like to volunteer with Tunbridge Wells Foresters FC, Kent FA have launched a new programme for young people. The programme rewards volunteering and provides opportunities to receive training, gain experience and meet other young volunteers in the game.

Young people are encouraged to volunteer in one or more of the following themes: Coaching and working with teams, Refereeing, Running and supporting events, Promoting the game (media), Respect ambassador, Running and developing the game. Certificates to reward volunteering at 10, 25, 50, 100, 150 and 200 hours
