The club can confirm we have been made aware of an incidence of unambiguous racist abuse committed by an opposition player directed at one of our players in an U13 league match on Sunday 22 March 2026. The incident resulted in the offending player being shown a straight red card.

Tunbridge Wells Foresters FC are committed to taking firm action against anyone using racist language and any other forms of discrimination.

We have reached out to the player, who is understandably incredibly upset, to offer our club’s full support.

The matter has been reported to Kent FA who will manage the ongoing investigation and any further repercussions for the involved parties.
