A win and another clean sheet

Great result, 5-0. Really well taken goals and superb goalkeeping.
It took us a long while to settle down this week, but the game was always ours for the taking. Charlotte, who scored 5 against them in a friendly at the end of last season, opened the scoring with a nice curler straight from the corner. That took us into half time. Then...well, what can I say? Two poacher goals from Georgia. Excellent! She shocked herself, but they were no accident, they came from clever positioning in the penalty area. One goal from Yasanthi. What a difference she has made to the team this year, so calm and controlled. She deserved her goal. And finally, Emma! A debutante goal, poached beautifully from a well taken free-kick from Yasanthi.
Good performances all round from everyone on the pitch, however I can't finish this report without mentioning Olivia. Our new number 1 goalie, she brings confidence to the team and was outstanding today. She made several superb saves, especially the looping shot 5 minutes from the end. Two matches, two clean sheets.
