Solid team performance

Great team performance all round. All five goals scored by Annabel - terrific! The team is lifted and playing with confidence...and playing together. Really pleased with how solid we were, right from the super goal-keeper through to our star striker. Another new debut handed out this week, this time Codie-Rose, who made some lovely runs down the left hand side. Some really great inter-play at times between our midfield and forward line, both in the first and second half when we changed the team. Our defence had to work hard throughout again, which was made more challenging this time with the sticky pitch. Apart from the goals, there were very few attempts at goal made by the opposition, showing our ability to close down and work as a unit; and again as we moved subs into position it didn't disrupt our play. Well done.
